1. Share your idea Tell us what you want, dimensions if you have them, and your budget range.
2. We design & quote Within 1–2 days, we'll send sketches, wood options, and a transparent quote.
3. Approval & deposit A 50% deposit secures your slot in our workshop queue.
4. We build, you watch 2–4 weeks of crafting. We share progress photos so you stay in the loop.
5. Delivery & balance We deliver, assemble, and finalise. Final payment due on satisfaction.
